Ordering & Payments

Q: How do I apply a discount code?
To apply your discount code during checkout using either PayPal or a credit/debit card, please follow these steps:

  • Select the product you wish to purchase and click "Add to Cart."
  • In your cart, click "PAY WITH DEBIT/CREDIT CARD" to proceed to checkout. (Works for both PayPal and credit card payments.)
  • On mobile: Tap "Show order summary", then enter your discount code.
  • On desktop: Enter your discount code in the field on the right side of the checkout page.
  • After applying the code, continue your payment using PayPal or your credit/debit card.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide variety of secure payment methods, including:

Q: How much is the shipping fee?
Our standard worldwide shipping fee is usually USD $5.99. Shipping rates may vary depending on your location and current promotions. The final shipping cost will always be clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly offer worldwide shipping. We work with fulfillment centers across multiple countries to ensure your package is shipped from the nearest available warehouse whenever possible.

Q: How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 10–20 business days after processing and shipment.

Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number on sites such as 17track.net to monitor your shipment.

Q: Why hasn’t my tracking information updated?
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment confirmation. It’s also normal for packages to experience temporary pauses in tracking updates while moving between carrier facilities.

Q: Why did I only receive part of my order?
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses to speed up delivery. Each package will receive its own tracking number.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Q: Can I update my shipping address, name, or phone number?
Please contact us immediately at support@beautyfestia.com with the subject line:
"Urgent: Address Change"

Please include:

  • Your Order Number (Example: 071SHOP-112938)
  • Your Order Email
  • Your complete updated shipping information

We will do our best to update your order before it enters fulfillment. Once shipped, changes can no longer be guaranteed.

Q: Can I modify items in my order (size, color, quantity, etc.)?
Yes, but changes must be requested quickly. Please email support@beautyfestia.com with the subject line:
"Urgent: Order Change"

Include the following:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your Order Email
  • The exact changes you would like to make

Requests can only be processed before the order reaches fulfillment.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled, although a small processing fee may apply. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Q: I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Q: I haven’t received my tracking number yet. What should I do?
Tracking numbers are usually sent within 1–2 business days after your order is processed. If it has been longer, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
