Thank you for choosing BeautyFestia! We understand you’re eager to receive your order, so here’s a clear guide to how shipping works and what to expect.
1. Order Preparation
Our team begins processing your order immediately. Typically, it takes up to 3 business days to verify, package, and hand it off to our shipping partners.
⚠️ Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched the following Monday.
2. Shipping Timeline & Fees
Standard delivery usually takes 10–20 business days worldwide. We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.99 USD per order.
3. Possible Delays
External factors such as customs inspections or carrier disruptions may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience if this occurs.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your package here: www.17track.net
⚠️ It may take a few days for tracking to become active.
5. Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery.
Each shipment comes with its own tracking number.
6. Making Changes to Your Order
Changes must be requested quickly. To correct shipping info or adjust items (size, color, quantity), contact us within 12 hours of ordering.
Please email us at support@beautyfestia.com with:
- Your Order Number (e.g., 071SHOP-123331) and the email used to place the order.
- A detailed description of the required change.
While we will do our utmost, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is being processed.
7. Missed Deliveries
If the courier cannot deliver, a notice will be left and your package kept at the local post office. Check with your delivery provider using your tracking number first.
We cannot accept responsibility for returns caused by incorrect addresses or failure to collect packages.
8. If Shipping Takes Longer than Expected
- Check your tracking: Look for updates within the last 7 days; if present, your package is moving normally.
- Contact us: If no updates appear for over 7 days, email support@beautyfestia.com with your order number and email.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is officially lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no cost.
Packages marked “Delivered” but missing are not covered. Check neighbors or building management first.
10. Shipping Origins & Destinations
We ship globally, and in rare cases, if we cannot deliver to your country, we will notify you promptly.
Orders may ship from facilities in the United States, Canada, Australia, or EU, or directly from trusted manufacturers to ensure quality and competitive pricing.
11. Important Notices
- Shipping Estimates: Times are approximations; delays outside our control are not our responsibility.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Buyers are responsible for all applicable fees; these are not included in item price or shipping.
- Address Accuracy: Please provide a complete, correct address. We are not liable for lost or returned packages due to incorrect information.
- Delivered Packages: Our responsibility ends once tracking confirms successful delivery. Packages lost or stolen afterward are not covered.
